Per Bøthun served in the Royal Norwegian Air Force for 39 years, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant General. A rated pilot in five fixed-wing fighters, including the F-16, he is a graduate of the U.S. Air War College. During his career, he held a number of assignments of great responsibility, including Spokesman for the Norwegian Military, Chief of Operations and Plans, Headquarters, Norwegian Defence Command, Commander of Allied Forces North-Norway, and Senior Representative to the NATO Military Committee. Per is focused in the areas of aircraft, missile, helicopter and missile defence programs, national budget analysis and political assessments.
Brian Bach served 28 years as a U.S. Marine, retiring with the rank of Colonel. He brings a naval service background, with experience in littoral and expeditionary operations, including special operations. Brian’s portfolio includes naval programs, expeditionary air and ground support systems, intelligence, surveillance and target acquisition and reconnaissance systems and unmanned aerial systems. He holds a Masters Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Masters Degree in Government and National Security Studies from Georgetown University, Washington, DC. While on active duty, he was selected to attend the National Security Studies program, a fellowship at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
